2:NO ???
Why are you so absolut on this (remember you failed on the Software CineMaster as well).
DXR-3 is listed as supported preview device for Maestro (and as well in the settings dialog in Maestro).
Hollywood and DXR-3 is basically the same !
I don't own one otherwise I would post here how to make it work.

2: It's in the settings actually. My mistake. See if you can make it work.
File -> Preferences... -> Decoder
@mike:
As a matter of fact I don't remember failing anything. Perhaps you could refresh my memory?
Actually the Hollywood+ and the DXR3 is based on the same chipset. I'm not sure about either the Hollywood 1 or 2.

Hi,
It's the Hollywood+ 2.
Never get a (old) Hollywood 1, try to get the TWO (2)

P.S.
I was refering to the discussion about Software Preview capabilities of Maestro discussion. It was malzahn who guessed it wrong. Sorry, it was not my intent to insult anybody. I just don't like these absolut statements...

Hehe,
I was in a crappy mood that day. :D
The reason I said no was because I read this thread:
http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=15613&highlight=hollywood
and someone made the comment that Hollywood cards don't work. Should have checked better.
AFAIK no one has ever confirmed that they got a DXR3 card working with Maestro.
