entire movie is "unreferenced material"

I ripped Tinkerbell Fairy Rescue using DVDFAB, but when opening that directory with DVDSHRINK, the entire movie shows up as "unreferenced material" (labeled VTS 1), so it is only playable within DVDSHRINK and I am unable to access the movie within reauthor mode so that I can create an ISO image.

How can I make that unreferenced material referenced?
