I want to remove the border of a movie. This can be done editing the avisynth file. But how? There is a line that says: Borders(0,72,0,72). I changed the values to zero but CCE protests after that. The movie is Shrek (16:9) but on my tv I have still the borders. How do I get rid of those borders?
Sorry if this isn't the right forum and the question is asked many times.

sounds like you want to encode the movie in 4:3
have a read of

if the dvd source has the borders already encoded in it then i guess for that movie you cant remove the borders easily
of it is a 'normal' anamorphic widescreen
you should just use 4:3
