XP & PrimoDVD/RecordNow max

Does anyone have problems using PrimoDVD/RecordNOw max on win xp?
Every time I try and burn I get this error.

Error Signature
AppName: mycdpro.exe AppVer:3.0.01249 ModeName: pxmas.dll
ModVer: 1.5.0.92 Offset:000095d2

Both programs give me the same error. I don't know why.

what burner are you using?
trying updating the firmware or drivers.

I have the same burner as you do Pioneer A03 v. 1.65
maybe I'll try updating it what's the website?

1.65 is the most current firmware.

are you able to burn with another app?
have you made a successful burn yet?
make sure you have your burner on the SECONDARY IDE channel and that it is the master drive on that channel.

I can burn with nero but I end up with problems on the menu. I'll have to check the ide and master settings but I think that what I set them as. Also are you sure 1.65 is the latest I see 1.68 at pioneers website

Win XP does NOT have an ASPI layer, you must install one yourself. I could not burn with Prassi until I did.
