Hello there.
I am using an Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-150MCE on XP to capture from an S-VHS deck. Everything is starting to work as it should be.
I was wondering at the moment why, using Huffyuv to on-the-fly recompress my capture so as to take less HDD space than uncompressed video, MediaInfo displays RGB as the color space rather than YUV.
Archiving to Xvid after editing using VirtualDub, I not really would be interested that much in RGB. Is there some way I could capture in YUV, instead?
I tried to do like in this screenshot (http://www.doom9.org/capture/images/VVCR_settings_video1.jpg), but the only option there for me is HCW2.
Thanks for the help.
Also, 640x480 resolution seems to often reset to 720x480, though this is just a minor hiccup.
