My H.264 parameters for Xmedia Recode

I use Xmedia recode to encode video in MP4 / H.264

Here, my preference about H.264 parameters in Xmedia recode

No, it's not a spam lol. There are not many post about Xmedia recode here. Also, I had trouble finding the settings that I liked, so I post my settings :-)

Hi, then you have perhaps. no sound taken up. Or you allow to convert the new video without sound.
without more exact description, which settings you have selected, if nobody is able to help you probably. Maybe the help side ( www.xmedia recode.de / hilfe / film_to_film.html) vonXMedia Recode further.

Thanks for posting your settings, but how is it possible to read what you have? I tried to download a screenshot from the shell menu, also tried to zoom in but just got terribly pixilated graphics.

I'm interested in learning more about x264 as well as if XMediaRecode can be used to create surround sound audio. I wonder if the installation of an ac3filter is all that XMediaRecode needs for the job, or must the video already have 5.1 audio?:confused:
