i've noticed doom 9s guide doesnt mention using vcdeasy to burn the image files and thats because if you load the cue created by dvd2svcd into vcdeasy it doesnt like it. so what to do if you dont have cdrwin or fireburner? well you can use vcdeasy and still keep all your chapter info.
simply open vcdeasy, goto 'tools' '(s)VCDx build' then load the XML file dvd2svcd created. then select a destination for the new bin/cue files and hit execute. when done you will now have a fully compatible bin/cue files that vcdeasy will burn perfectly, keeping all the nice chapters etc :)
