ffmpeg2theora encoding problem

first of all id like 2 say im just newbie 2 encoding, so please bear with my stupidity

of been using these encoding settings and the encode looks good except 4 the last 2 min. of the encode which become extremely blocky

Is hard to point the issue without the original video or the result Banana... It could be "noobieness" or it could be even a bug in ffmpeg2theora that hasn't been found until now... So I suggest you to do the following:

Post here the videos (original and encoded) or at least a couple of stills where we can spot the problem(s)... If we can't give you proper feedback or there's a possibility that there's a bug, the best thing to do would be to get in contact with Xiph guys and explain the problem (in detail if possible) and see if there's actually a bug, a limitation or you are not using the tool in the right way.
