Excuse me, that I was very impatient.
DVD2SVCD 1.0.6.2.2 works well ( chapters too ) :-) Finaly I get whole movie on 2 full CDs.
Sorry, but I must tell, that it works only with one audio.
When I want to use 2 audio track, counting of bitrates doesn works well and end of movies are lost.
There in table of bitrates is count well, when is added 2nd audio, value are changed true, but CC* takes value, how is used only one audio. ( v. 1.6.0.1.1 too)
Some questions:
1) when are added title (SVCD or CVD ), must be bitrate changes too ?
Files with titles are large too, or no ?
2)can be preserve same size and font for permanent subtitle ? It seems, permanent subtitles are little bigger, than original
3)setting "-1" for subtitles doesn works as original placement well. Titles are whole in black area under picture. I'm using 452, when I want top of subtitles in border of picture-black area.

I'm sure DVD2SVCD (the author) is aware of the 'two audio bitrate problem' and has probably already fixed it. And I'm sure as soon as the new release passes muster, it'll be available for us to download. In the mean time, you can work around the problem by forcing DVD2SVCD (the program) to use a lower bitrate by fiddling with the Max Average setting on the bitrate tab (though this is a little bit of advanced knowledge - i.e. using FitCD or some other bitrate calculator).
To answer your questions as best I can:
1) subtitles are usually quite small - under 10KB each. While technically the average bitrate does need to be decreased, in practice it's only by 1 or 2 kbps per subtitle stream, which you can pretty much ignore. I honestly don't know if DVD2SVCD takes subs into account when calculating the average bitrate.
However, to stay in spec, you do need to lower the max bitrate by 30-50 kbps for each stream. That's because subtitles are very bursty. And I believe this is an action you need to do yourself - I'm virtually certain DVD2SVCD does not override you max bitrate setting on the bitrate tab.
BTW: all of this only applies to CVD and SVCD subtitles - it does not apply to permanent subtitles.
2) as I understand it, the subtitles are extracted from the DVD as graphics. They are not modified in any way. DVD2SVCD then uses an AviSynth plugin to permanently meld these graphics into the picture (in other words, it performs the overlay during encoding). Because the subs are extracted as graphics, the font face will be preserved.
As for size changes, I don't know. I've never done permanent subs myself, but I suspect the overlay should be done before any resizing (while the stream is still at full DVD resolution). Does the script DVD2SVCD produces place the subtitle statement before or after the resize statement? Does anyone know?
3) hmmm, not sure what you mean. I think it is possible that the relation between the subtitle statement and the resize statement could cause something like this. For example, if the subtitle statement is before resize, and the resize is to letterbox (in other words, if resize reduces the height), your subtitles would be moved up on the screen (and I don't believe this is how a stand-alone would behave). If the movie is 2.35:1, you could well end up with subtitles half over the movie and half in the black.
This supposition is supported by the fact that 452 produces good results for you - 452 is very low for subtitles. SVCDs and DVDs are only 480 tall - I would expect 452 to push the subtitles right into the overscan area, and you wouldn't be able to see them at all. In my experience, the tops of subtitles on DVDs are usually between 360 and 400.
