A/V sync Identification

I have video file (.avi) that was dance and music. But some dance movements do not sync up correctly with music. I don't have the original file again to revalidate it. I doubt it could be a sync up issue. I want to ascertain whether the sync up issue is present or not.

Is this possible through Avisynth. Any pointers would be great one indeed...
