Cant play the audio file when using tsmuxer

I have this file that has two audio tracks. One is DTS MA and the other is AC3 . The AC3 is the default one. The problem is that mpc can only play the default one(i cant chose the second track-maybe a problem of haali splitter). So what i do is i open the file in tsmuxer and disable the AC3 track, then mux into a M2Ts container. And when i open the file in mpc it doesnt play any audio, although mediainfo states that there is an audio track. VLC plays it fine.

What could be going on here?

yes. i use Arcsoft HD decoder.
