I just downloaded the new OGG DirectShow filters. They are supposed to work with non integer frame rates.

I've heard on my forum that they are still some big problems

It will now play my 23.976 files I muxed with the old filters fine. No glitches like before. It works fine for me so far but I only use 1 audio stream. I'll try two later.
