How do I get an ac3 to work with this program. When I try to burn it I get a box that says (DVDit supports Dolby Digital in stereo format. This file has to many channels.) How do I get it to burn ac3 audio or won't this program do it?
Thanks for any info

The AC3 file you are trying to use is more than likely Dolby Digital 5.1. DVDit only supports Dolby Digital 2 channel stereo. So you need to edit the audio and make it into 2 channels instead of 5.1. Either that or you should use another DVD authoring program that supports 5.1.

Maestro is my choice right now but I'd rather use Scenarist but it's alot more complicated. The problem with Maestro is that I don't/can't get a preview of the timeline.

I'm not sure I've understood your problem correctly, but you can enable previewing in Maestro if you install a compatible software DVD player. I use Cinemaster 2000 and I don't get the "no decoder found" or so error message.
