Avisource uses VFW. Hence you should enable MJPG in the FFDShow VFW decoder configuration (your screenshot is from the DirectShow configuration).

Open ffdshow's "VFW Configuration" app, and under the decoders panel, find the codec list. Switch mjpg from "disabled" to "libavcodec" i.e. mirror your ffdshow video decoder configuration.

The latter adjusts DirectShow, the former adjusts VFW - as its name implies!
