I'am using version 1.0.6 b1 just converted Vertical Limit R1.
Left bitrate default.
Resize: bilinear
One pass vbr,Q factor 5,Image Q 5,Anti noise 2.
Note: no smoother I don't think you need this on when resize with bilinear.Changed cd size to 795 and that's it,very good results for a long film.I know that you can't match this with TMPGencoder at such low bitrates.(I have tried)going to try 4 pass with bicubic tonight.
