Reauthoring multiangle cells

Is there an easy way to reauthor DVD where the main
movie has a few multiangle cells, i.e. demux and remux
with, say, two audio and two subtitle streams - without
loosing the multiangle cells?

I had hoped for PgcDemux/Muxman, but that doesn't preserve
the multiangle cells.

You have to pay more (:p) to have multiangle processing, erh, authoring, and, maybe, a change in the hardware platform.
