Can somebody help me i am getting nuts!

Hi out there!

i have a very big problem and i am starting getting nuts....
i have got an Pioneer A03 (FW 1.55) the first disc i have burned ran on all standalone Players i have tested. The Following Discs play only on Sony PS2 and partially on PCs.
What is the mistake i have done?
I use Apple Medias i think they are fine, i used Von Instant for burning like the description on Derrow Page exactly.

Ah i have forgotten something:
i put them in my standalone they recognise them as DVD`s and then it stops, with another disc it plays the Intro and then it stops.
It would be great if somebody had the same Probs and could tell me something about it. The Originals were under 4.37 GB so i had them only to rip with smart ripper. Yes i have copied all files not only the movie.

Rip the discs with Smartripper, verify with PowerDVD XP that the files will play from your hard drive. If they play fine then open with Ifo-Edit .82b and open VIDEO_TS.IFO. Click the Get VTS sectors button (on rare occasion this is needed for some reason). VERIFY that all of your files are contained in a directory called VIDEO_TS (this must be all caps and no sub folders under VIDEO_TS) and that all file names are in ALL CAPS. Use Prassi Primo DVD or RecordNow Max to burn with. There is a demo version of RecordNow Max available so try it.

I have been using this process since I got my burner and I have had no problems.
