I installed build 2 pre 1 on my winXP system and successfully ripped and encoded an SVCD. Woo hoo! It looks great too...
Except for the black lines that run through motion scenes. I believe this is "interlacing" but I'm not 100% sure. To get rid of it what option do I need to set in DVD2SVCD? I'm trying right now with "smartdeinterlace". Is this correct?
The disk is NTSC.
I don't see anything about deinterlacing in the guide.
