when I cut a mkv video using mkvtoolnix,I met a problem.For example ,the file I want to get is from 40 min to 50 min,but mkvtoolnix will generate the file from 0 min to 40 min first and then the file from 40 min to 50 min. It's really a waste of time.How to handle this?Is there a better tool?
