Menus and standalones!

I have burned 20 or so movies successfully, but all were movie only DVDs. EVERY time i try to burn a movie w/ menues PRIMO wont burn it, and after NERO burns it it wont play in a standalone. I HAVE FOLLOWED and READ EVERY guide, to the LAST LETTER, i have done it all. Has anyone attempted making a movie with menues with the new IFOedit 82b2? It appears the guides were written for previous versions.

Strange that you have problems with menu's!
I copied about 30 DVD's with Menu's, and they work great.

Try to burn a DVD with all Menu's and Extra's only (without Movie VOB files).
Just leave the main movie VOB files away.

This way you might can see, what goes wrong, or what you are doing wrong.

The DVD-RW with Menu's and extras only should work great in any settop player.

do you have another program you use to burn the DVD-R/RW? As i said primo dosnt want to accept the files, and nero makes non-standalone playable discs. PS they work great with POWERDVD, before burn, and after burn with nero. Also, the standalone plays non-menu DVD-R/RWs fine.

I use VOB Instant CD+DVD.
But it should work with Nero since version 5.5.6.4 too.
