How do I fix this video ?
I know it is originally 29.97fps interlace NTSC

Source is 50i. Something along the lines of Yadif(mode=0) should fix it. For colors, I used Colormill for Vdub.

What is 50i? 25 frames per second, 50 fields per second. So 50 i(nterlaced) fields per second. See: here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frame_rate).
