I'm looking into it but can't reproduce any problems with ffplay/ffmpeg. That makes it difficult to debug as I can't build ffdshow myself, I'm trying some other stuff now.

edit: Reproduced in mplayer. The problem doesn't happen with libavformat's TS demuxer, so ffplay worked.

I have the same problem with .mkv. I use ffdshow + Haali Media Spliter 27/03/2010
