When I use MKVMerge and TSMuxer to create a Blu Ray File structure, and burn it with IMG Burn from a 1080p .mkv file,I get pixelation from certain discs. Can anyone please tell me what's wrong?? Mind you they all play correctly on my Sony BDP-300,but show pixelation on my newer Sony BDP-S470. They play without pixelation on my HTPC with Arcsoft Total Media Theater and the original file plays perfect thru VLC. Thanks to all who take the time to respond.

Pixelation could be the result of a bad reading (either the BDR/DVDR is near to the MaxErrors, or the drive is failing (blue lasers don't last forever) or both). Or the bitrate is so high that it cannot be resolved by the optical pickup.

Thanks very much for your response,You noted that 'blue lasers don't last forever' ,but that was a brand new player. Well,no worries,i took it back and got a PS3 which plays everything, and I no longer have to burn them ,just stream them. Thanks for your attention..
