for an SD source, how can I remove the rings without making the image flat and square?

I tried to use HQDering and IPP (putting IPP all at 0, except dering)

example 1:

IPP + HQDering

IPP + HQDering

I can remove the rings, but the picture is not like

Your problem is not ringing, but haloing. Try out dehaloing filters (like Dehalo_alpha) instead of deringing filters, though they will also smooth out the picture.
But I'm pretty sure the results would look better.

thanks
I tried the Dehalo Alpha

Example 1:

DeHalo_alpha()#default
http://j.imagehost.org/0488/doom9_alpha.jpg

DeHalo_alpha(brightstr=1.3,darkstr=1.3,rx=2.3,ry=2.3,lowsens=50,highsens=20)
http://j.imagehost.org/0061/doom9_alpha2.jpg

Example 2:

Source
http://j.imagehost.org/0483/doom9_veline_source.jpg

DeHalo_alpha(brightstr=1.3,darkstr=1.3,rx=2.3,ry=2.3,lowsens=50,highsens=20)
http://j.imagehost.org/0865/doom9_veline_alpha2.jpg

as shown in the second example I do not like
could you tell me how to set the Dehalo Alpha to have less halos and less blur possible?

Perhaps if you read the documentation instead of copy/pasting something you found on the forums, you'd know how.

Of course. http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/DeHalo_alpha :p

I would leave the parameters rx and ry on default. A high value can easily screw up the picture.
