Forced Subs for The Mummy Trilogy (BluRay)

Hello there,

I've got a problem with getting the forced subtitles for Mummy Trilogy on BluRay.

I've used EAC3TO to demux the streams from BluRay; it gives me 3 (german) subtitle streams. First one are normal subtitles, second and third are directors commentary and so on.
So the forced subs must be (and in deed are) in the first subtitle stream. But it seems the forced flag is missing, both SupRip and BDSup2Sub don't show any captions.

Is there any solution to this problem except from manually flagging the needed captions as forced (which is virtually impracticable since for example the 3. Movie contains lots of forced subs)?

Are you CERTAIN there is not an additional subtitle track for such subtitles?

I understand the problem you mentioned about how the player should know which subs to display, therefor I wrote "it seems...".

I don't think I've missed a stream, and the 3 subtitle streams have 1000+ captions (except for the directories commentary), and both programs mentioned in my earlier post don't show any forced subs.
