Receiving "Encode failed" errors

For some reason all of a sudden, I am unable to rebuild ripped via AnyDVD movies so that they may be backed up on a 25g blank DVD.

I have looked through recent posts for similar problems and have tried some of the suggestions to no avail.

Here is the log from a failed attempt on Blind Side:

[17:49:02] - Failed video encode, aborted Your FFDSHOW version is obviously wrong... in fact it looks like it may not even be installed (although BD-RB should find that as an error when it opens). At the very least it has been corrupted. Install the software (and versions) listed in the first post of the bug thread.

I reinstalled FFDSHOW and made some of the other changes requested in the log and had success in rebuilding Grease and Men Who Stare but now I am hung up on New Moon with a failed encode. The only thing it mentions this time is FFDSHOW Revision: (3326) at the end.

Any ideas??
