I have a certain problem, I can't fix this:

I try many deinterlaced filters(Dcomb,Blendbob,Dcimate,KernelDeint,TDeint and Yadif) , but doesn't work, I don't exactly if this is a Deinterlaced problem or Edge problem, anyone know how I can fix this?

The clip you have posted, is that the unprocessed original source? Or something you have filtered already?

I ask because that clip clearly is progressive, i.e. not field-based. If that's your source, then there's absolutely no reason to apply a deinterlacer or IVTC filter on that!

Your screenshot shows blending/ghosting, but I fail to see that in your sample clip. Didn't step through the entire clip frame-by-frame though.

Something like srestore() (http://avisynth.org/mediawiki/Srestore) may help to remove the blending

It's original source.

The obligatory question: Where did you obtain that kind of source ???

By original source we mean DVD or a TV capture or something like that. We don't mean something you downloaded. Go ask the guy that created it to redo it for you, removing that one blended frame. And there's no need ever to upload a 275 MB file. Any problems can usually be shown in a carefully selected 10 second clip.
