Its best if you sign up and open the ticket yourself, that way when a developer decides to work on it and gets stuck they can contact you.
If you dont want to sign up you can write the ticket here and i will copy+paste your text to a new ticket for you.
Make sure your text answers all the questions from the page i linked (i don't understand what you want to do right now)

Global hotkeys were useful before we had multimedia keyboards, for stuff like controlling Winamp's next/previous track, volume, play/pause by using system-wide keyboard shortcuts (mostly controlling Winamp while playing a fullscreen game).
I fail to see the point of this for MPC-HC - this is a video player that works the best when used in fullscreen - then you have all the shortcuts you need.
Or maybe your reason has something to do with multiple displays usage. You game on one, play movies for the gang on the other? :D
Then you better use a PC remote control device + software. I remember you could do a lot of stuff with a device like that, running macros, opening applications, keyboard input etc.
This direction will only require extended command line switches from MPC-HC to include stuff you need (fullscreen toggle, pan&scan, subtitle on/off etc). Then you use the PC remote control software to setup keys to do actions like "mpc-hc.exe /togglefullscreen".
Opening all those shortcuts MPC-HC has, to be available as system-wide will make a mess and is not advised.

Is there any way to disable the buttons "Browser Back/Forward"? They behaves like other global hotkeys so you can't use them in the browser while listening and that's a bit annoying. Thank you.
