Hello !
Creating .m2ts files from .mkv without re-encoding is no big deal thanks to this tutorial :
http://www.bitburners.com/articles/convert-mkv-video-files-to-m2ts-for-playstation-3-using-tsmuxer/4015/
What I want to know is that :
1) Is it still necessary to convert high@5.1 to high@4.1 because I read somewhere that the new PS3 supports high@5.1 as well. Is it true ?
2) Can I have more than 1 AC3 audio tracks to be able to select the desired one.
3) Can I have more than 1 converted .m2ts files on a single disc ? If yes, how would I go about it ? Will it need separate folders
4) Do I need to include the 'filename.meta' file while creating a disc for each .m2ts file ?
5) I need to burn the disc normally (no UDF settings). Am I right ?
6) Can I have a subtitle track ?
7) Does it support chapters ?
8) Any other precautions ? :)
I'll be grateful if anyone owing a recent PS3 verifies all the above.
