Hey all,
I have this capture from my camcorder available here (short sample):
http://filebeam.com/3692b4a549939311f2d51c2ee4be7af0
Now, I want to compress this with around 200-300 kbps with x264 (@ 10 fps), without lowering resolution too much and without too much blocking.
Unfortunately, this source seems a little problematic. It seems the camcorder is struggling even under these good lighting conditions.
So I wanted to ask if someone can help me clean up the source with some avisynth magic to increase quality and compressibility?
I don't know what "issues" the video is suffering from, so clearly I don't know filters I would use its settings.
Any help would be appreciated.
:thanks:
