What's Wrong With This Avatar?!

I can't fix it. I uploaded it, and it didn't work. I changed it's format and it didn't work. I had a friend of mine host it and it didn't work. I deleted it and and tried to correct the problem in the user CP again and it didn't work.

effectively you can't upload anything to the board anymore before masks clears the logs.. the webspace this board runs on is full and I don't have access to delete these files

Ah! it finally works. I just went to the user CP nad changed my avitar for the umpteenth time, but this time it worked! Yeah!
