On Win XP. I have set MPC so that it runs in DXVA with files that work with it, and DiAVC for the files that it can't read.

The problem is that with VMR-9 the subtitles aren't perfectly in synch (when played with DiAVC).

Today I try to set it to EVR-Synch and now DiAVC has subs in synch. But the side effect is that DXVA doesn't load anymore subs.

Isn't there a way to set it properly once for all, or maybe fix whatever bug may be?

As far I know ,in XP the EVR (any type) renderer doesn't work with internal subtitle filters in DXVA mode. That means you can get DXVA plus EVR in XP but with no subtitles. Try KMPlayer and use an external filter for DXVA (ex. Cyberlink h264 PDVD filter) ,with VMR9 renderless and maybe you'll have more luck.
