Xvid and VDub jobs?

odd ... was trying to test the internal stats calc of the new build of Xvid (28/01/02) right? and Vdub keeps crashing whenever i try to batch process 2 or more Xvid encodes. (obviously) i was trying to run one encode with the 1st pass stats and the GKnot modified stats, the second encode with the internal stats calc. i've tried everything i could think of, including disabling auto-select optimizations and re-installing earlier builds of the codec.

anyone else with the same problem? i've attached VDub's crashinfo.txt if that will help (perhaps i'd better mail that to AveryLee).
