ATI CCC 9.12+HDMI dongle=Untouched YCrCb output?

After I installed CCC 9.12, I found that PowerDVD can now output BTB and WTW if YCrCb is selected pixel format. Before 9.12 it was not possible because ATI HDMI dongle instructs driver to convert 0-255 RGB to 16-235 YCrCb. When RGB is selected pixel format, it will cut BTB and WTW. I think this can be interesting and it might suggest that it's now possible to output untouched YCrCb.

Yes, this appears to be the case. Even on my lowly old HD2600XT, 9.12 appears to exhibit this behavior.

Maybe it's possible to get rid of YUC/RGB convertion and just pass through YUC directly to TV now. PowerDVD seems to use DXVA and output YUC without convertion.
