What instruction sets has your CPU?

is AMD: SSE3 and Intel: SSE3 are different?
and AMD: SSE4A vs Intel: SSE4, if there are some optimization for SSE4, will it be same for SSE4A to?

AMD and Intel SSE3 are the same. Only Intel CPUs have SSSE3; and SSE4 is exclusive to Intel right now, while SSE4A is exclusive to AMD, and are totally different. AMD's next CPU will support everything upto SSE4 and AVX (SSE5). Intel will never support SSE4A.
