AVCHD-PATCHER Instruction?

Hi. I found a lot of posts, where people tell, that Adobe Encore Blu-Ray folder must be patched to avchd format to be written to BR5 format. But i could not find any instructions for using this program.

We have 0100 vs 0200 INDX version. What is better for what reasons and situations?

For HDD checkbox. I think that it says about filesize limit on fat32. And when the disk is written in UDF2,50 format this checkbox is unnecessary?

I found myself THIS (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1317772#post1317772) post. But my English cannot help me understand what to choose 0100 or 0200 after Adobe Encore DVD BluRay folder export. As I see, I must use 0100 parametre. I Tryed 0200 and it is works. 0100 works too (may be i forget something).
