Reauthoring DVD with multiple episodes?

Hello,

I own a lot of tv-series on DVD.

Now I want to convert these DVDs to play them via HDD (NAS) over a HTPC. Shrinking is not needed/wanted.

I'd like to grab the main menu (for example a DVD containing 4 episodes this would be one menu with a button for each episode).
Also FBI-warnings and trailers should be removed.

Which is the best way to achieve this goal with less effort?
Is there any tool doing what I want?
