After 24 hours of encoding I found out that the subtitles were not to my liking. Everything else (audio and video) is just fine. What exactly should i do to redo the project so that it just does the subtitles and multiplexing again?

Use crash recovery and make your changes before hitting go. For some things editing of text files are needed, but I have no experience with Sub titles. Make sure to read the Newbie FAQ and the Q + A.

Does that mean that when I restart with grabbing subtitles it won't redo the audio & video encoding when the mpv and mp2 files have already been made in the previous round?
Sure I did read q&a and everything, but with all your respect I didn't find much on this topic ...

It does everything in order. If the Subtitles are before the video ecoding it will re-do that as well. I have never done subtitles so I have no idea where they are in the order of things.

If you want to prevent DVD2SVCD doing the videoencoding again, rename or writeprotect the .mpv-file. Start DVD2SVCD with the changed values you want to use. If DVD2SVCD comes to CCE just close the applications. After this name your .mpv to it's old name or unprotect it. Edit the .d2s-file and set project postion to the next value.
Do a CrashRecovery and continue after videoencoding.
I think this will also work for the audiofiles, but I just did this for the video.
This is a little tricky, if you don't understand what I'm talking about, just leave it alone and do a complete new encoding. ;-)

Thanks for your suggestion Labersack (nice name:), I know exactly what you are talking about. It would be nice if dvd2svcd would have a list of transcoding options which the user can check/uncheck. Hmm, that has to be forwarded to some suggestion mailbox if memory serves me well.
