MPC options - Enable Frame Time Correction / 10 bit RGB

Hi,

Sorry for the ignorant questions but I can't really find any info on what enabling 'Enable time frame correction' and '10 bit RGB' in Renderer>Presentation in MPC does.

Could anyone provide an explanation of what these options do and when they might be useful?
