I think think Doom9 or any other experienced user out there should make a comprehensive Gknot tutorial using the free and easy to use viewlet builder in the viewlet web based java tutorial format which have incredibly small file sizes. for more info on viewlets go to www.qarbon.com.

but this stuff is a 10MB file!!! very big, nobody would download that just for a single guide!

I think your talking about the program needed to make the applets themselves, only the maker of the guide has to DL that, after he has made the applets and uploadet them, a user could just view the applet from his/her site, doesn't take to much bandwith. Try this like to a applet a see for yuorself.
