Which GUI to use for these files

I have .ts files produced from a Happauge HD PVR (1212) and I want to convert them to mkv but none of the GUI's I have used can handle the audio, which mediainfo describes as 128Kbps 48Khz, 2 channels, AAC (ADTS) (Version 2) (LC)
When I "add" one of these files to Ripbot is shows as NO AUDIO.
I have tried automkv and HDConvertToX and both of these appear to work ok until the end when it comes to write the mkv and it doesnt write anything. No mkv.
So can anybody help me with this ???

You can simply demux the file with TSmuxerGUI and then remux the streams with MKVmergeGUI.
Here's your sample in MKV (16.5Mb, versus 17.1 for the original .ts)

MediaInfo reports 29.97fps for the video, but I had to set the raw .264 stream to 60000/1001 in MKVmergeGUI in order to get the correct playback speed.

If you want to recode (ie, resize & deinterlace), you can index the raw .264 with DgAVCindex and load the resulting .dga in MeGUI (menu Tools -> AVS script creator).

BTW. Source is not FULLHD at all! It looks like upscaled 720x480 (4:3) to 1920x1080 (16:9). Image is distorted and very blury. I would save bitrate and used 640x480 resolution. Don't forget to apply Yadif deinterlacer before downscaling.
