Can i play a backup BR title on my PC

Is it possible to play a 1:1 copy of a BR title that is on my hard drive? if so what kind of program could handle it?

If you mean the menus and everything, I don't think so.

If you mean the main movie only - absolutely! The M2TS file is playable in Media Player Classic, or any number of other players with an M2TS splitter and H.264 / VC-1 / MPEG-2 decoders (plus AC3, DTS, etc for the audio)

Wrong, ArcSoft TMT Platinum plays back Blu-Ray on a PC just fine (menus, extras etc.)
