Latest HD Compatible Softplayers

Other than the standard retial offerings out there i'm struggling to find a reliable alternative to play AVHCD / Blu-Ray / HD DVD sources. MPC looked promising but I have found it does not like many AVHCD sources - the sound gets badly out of sync on most sources created with BD Rebuilder. I saw a link saying that Zoom Player 7 is Blu Ray compatible but a review of the Zoom Player site makes no mention of this - perhaps someone can confirm either way and whether AVHCD works with this program?

According to the home page, Zoom Player only works with "BluRay (Decrypted Main Movie playback)".

As to an "alternative", some people like Arcsoft's Total Media Theater.

Yes, I eventually came across that and will check it out to see if it works any better than MPC. I heard Arcsoft's product does not support HDD playback? If thats true its no use for me as I store my AVHCD's on hard drive.

MPC and Zoom Player have the same Bluray functionality - main title, no menus.
