MKV format in megavideo

Im ben encoding some videos in megui profile slower audio acc nerodigital and I want these videos could be watched in megavideo, but and have no luck at all, The message in megavideo is ¨This video is unavailable¨. I know some other videos that are posted there, are mkv, but i would like to know what settings they migh be using.

Be sure to use the newest x264, FLV-support was updated recently.

EDIT: Although I just saw the change-log "FLV muxing support", so maybe it doesn't help that issue to update (it's just muxing support) :P Although it's always better to update.

megui is using 1183 but isnt updated in a long time.
where i can download the newest x264 with flv support.
