I'm using Tmpg 2.5 and a batchlist generator to process my miniDV video. I have setup my default project to DVD.NTSC and also used that as my profile in the batch process.
If I load a file manually, everythings works as expected and I get a .mpg file at the end. However, if I try and process the file through the batch process, the file is has a .avi2 extension and has interlacing problems??? (a combing effect around fast moving objects). Has anyone any suggestions to solve this problem... I have 500 video clips to process and a batch program will help keep me sane.
Also, if anyone has a favorite profile for converting miniDV, I wouldn't mind seeing it before I get too far along!
