Subtitle sync issuse

I had been doing a MHC of an Hindi Movie

i find to have Subtitle sync issue. the actual subtitle seem to appear after 10-12 sec of the Scene. don't know y, My PGC shows a variation in the run time of the source when compared to the run time of my rip.

Can any one help out on the issue please

What is an MHC? Google tells me it is a "Major histocompatibility complex"

What did you use to rip the DVD? What software? Did you encounter any errors during the rip?

Hehe, an educated guess tells me it's a Manual encode using the HC encoder.

Adub, if the subs are off by the same amount all the way through, then before muxing adjust the delay using SubtitleCreator on the SUP file, or afterwards using DVDSubEdit to move all the subs forward in time. The audio and video synch up, don't they?

The audio and Video are in Sync. the probs is only with the subtitle...
