Load the ISO with CD/DVD emulation tool (e.g. Daemon Tool) and play it with MPC-HC.

AFAIK on windows the only player capable of playing DVD ISO files without emulation is MPlayer.

The best tool to use to mount the iso is Virtual CloneDrive. Lightweight and, as it is sold by the Slysoft team, it tried and tested together with AnyDVD and updated rapidly if needed.

I ve just noticed that winrar can unpack .iso files. So this is a good solution too for me.

I use this too.

And it's free, not "sold".
