DVD player problem

Hi to all,

I have Panasonic DVD player. The problem is that it can't read the DVD or CD. I have tried all the new CDs and DVDs, that I have, on it. But nothing is working. What's the reason behind this? I think the lens has gone bad. Am I true? or something else?

Try running a DVD/CD cleaning disc on your player. Maxell makes one that sells for about $10US...

I had the same problem with my Panasonic. The Optical Pickup had to be replaced. Panasonic will fix it for free if its still under warranty.
