I am working with a dual audio, subtitle, x.264 matroska file. Both audio tracks "phase" 609ms (too-early) about half-way through playback (@~46min 40s).
I cannot simply place a 609ms delay at the beginning of the track when I initially mux because the first 46min 40s is synched. I considered using a standard audio-editing suite (i.e. Audacity, etc...) to place a 609ms delay at ~46min 40s but, I was concerned about loss of quality when the project was saved.
Then I found BeSplit (http://besplit.doom9.org/), which appears to perform lossless AC3 "surgery."
Am I headed in the right direction? Is it possible to place a delay mid-track w/ this software?
Thanks!
