1.: Don't shout (red letters wont give you more attraction, maybe red stockings :p.)
2.: Are you sure you ticked the "Predefined size" combo box?
3.: Tick "Custom size". Set it to 698 MB and try again.
4.: Make sure there are no disturbing settings in the hidden options.
5.: Show the log files.

You must choose
1) 1CD = ....................."695" MB
2) number CD............... "1 CD"
then it will never go oversized.

The first thing I see is you've selected an audio file that's more than 1/3rd of your projected file size. Since you''ve selected cbr MP3 in your frame-overhead box, I would assume you're using a lower bitrate than 320 kBit/s. Select the Bitrate marker and choose the desired bitrate, not the original file.
Second, make sure you're using an Xvid version that wil work with Gordian Knot. You need a VfW build - the latest will cause file sizing problems. Uninstall Xvid before you install a different version or you will have the same problems.
If all works well, you should be able to go back to 700 MB on file size and never worry about oversize issues.

To figure out what's wrong, just load your script into VD (no audio), configure Xvid to a target size given by GK, e.g. 450656 kb (as CWR03 said, your size may be bigger if you choose e.g. 128 kbit/s for audio, it will be ~62355 kb for a 94 min video). If you get the right size, it must be the version of Xvid you used is not compatibale with GK. since the development of GK stopped long time ago, the highest version of Xvid tested is here:
